Nice to meet you, I’m Cecilia.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, National Certified Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and a Certified Clinical Supervisor. I opened my group practice, Stonebraker Counseling Services, PLLC, in 2020, and have since developed a passion in supporting clinicians grow their skills and build thriving practices.
As a helper who is also just a human, I’ve learned that my reach can only extend to so many. There’s a limit to how many clients I can see, a limit to how many hours I have in a day, a limit to how much capacity I have before I get burnt out. This is where I’ve found joy in supporting other clinicians. I can’t help every client who calls me. But when I help other clinicians grow their practices the impact becomes exponential. The world becomes a better place.
I believe clinicians are most successful when we support each other and are not in competition with each other. I believe counseling can, and should be, lucrative. I believe the more I help others be successful the more successful I will become. Hence my motto: We Rise by Lifting Others
I opened Practice Elevation, LLC, to provide retreats, trainings, and one-to-one coaching for clinicians to help them elevate their practice and strengthen the mental health field.
